WHALE-CLOUD

You watch me in the sea Whale-cloud

I bathing in your world, you floating in mine

I stretch out my arms and legs, bob in the rolling water

On the wind you move east, a flick of your tail for speed

In bed, I rub salty feet together

While you cry Whale-cloud tears over parched farms somewhere far away

In sleep and play I forget you

But afternoon sun on my sandcastle reminds me to look up for you my friend

The wind has turned west

You are swimming back to me
